We are a non-profit coffeehouse that desires to be a comfortable and happenin’ place for families, students, and people who work to go.
Common Ground is both a coffeehouse and a deli. We offer full deli menu, which includes an array of sandwiches, soups, and salads. An item recently added to the menu is our popular gelato, Italian ice cream, made on site here at Common Ground.
Common Ground is an all-age music venue, providing space, basic sound system and some advertising for performers. Saturday nights are another great opportunity to get connected, with people, come and enjoy live bands. $5.00 admission.

We have two types of venue settings: an intimate coffeehouse setting for up to 150 people (standing room 300+) or a warehouse concert setting for about 700.

We are located just 25 minutes south of Bellingham and 60 minutes north of Seattle in beautiful Skagit County makes an ideal location for your next show!
Directions: take exit 229 for George Hopper Rd, turn right, take a left (North) on Burlington Blvd. turn right (East) on Pease Rd. We are the tan and green warehouse on the left side of the street. |
